For a long time, my career was a relentless pursuit of excellence. I was driven to test my limits and master the patterns of success.

My journey of achievement has been marked by numerous accolades. To name just a few key milestones, I emerged as the National Best Candidate with a perfect score in the National Senior High School exam, outperforming 174,385 students. This momentum accelerated when, at just 21, I became the National Best Graduating Chartered Accountant. This professional momentum was matched by my academic drive: I was named Valedictorian with the highest university GPA of 3.94/4.0 and honoured with Coca-Cola’s National Special Excellence Award. My passion for continuous learning didn't stop there, as I later achieved the highest global marks in three University of London LLB modules.

These combined achievements were the foundation for a career that spanned the demanding worlds of a bulge-bracket investment bank in the UK, a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm in Ghana, and ultimately leading me to head the Global Finance Function at a multinational health tech company.

Yet, along the way, I discovered a deeper calling. The thrill of achieving a personal milestone was powerful, but the fulfilment of helping someone else achieve theirs was transformative. My passion shifted from breaking my own records to helping others break theirs.

This is the entire philosophy behind MSL Business School. We have built a system based on the very principles that fuelled my own journey; a system designed to make the highest levels of achievement the norm, not the exception.

And it’s working. Today, the proudest moments of my career are not my own accolades, but the 26 national awards our students have earned in just 18 months, including becoming the Overall Best Graduating Students in consecutive exam sittings.
