About
A record built into a public mission.
My story brings together disciplined learning, demanding professional environments and a decision to turn personal achievement into systems that help other people excel.
Michael Siaw Larbi
From pursuing excellence to multiplying it.
I began by testing how far disciplined preparation could take me in national examinations, university, professional qualifications and demanding finance roles.
Those experiences taught me that exceptional performance is rarely accidental. It can be studied, explained, practiced and built into systems. That insight now drives MSL Business School, TaxLawGH and my wider work in teaching, mentoring and institution building.
Operating beliefs
Three ideas guide the work.
They shape how I teach, lead teams, design institutions and translate technical knowledge for the public.
Excellence can be taught.
High performance becomes repeatable when standards, method, feedback and discipline are made explicit.
Clarity is service.
Complexity should not be used to exclude. Clear explanation expands access, confidence and good decision-making.
Achievement should multiply.
The highest use of a personal record is to turn its lessons into institutions that enable other people to exceed it.
Professional excellence, public knowledge and education are one connected mission.
